My favorite property in Concon. Reasonably good staff all over the place. Magnificent location in walking distance along the spectacular coast line, easy to get around. Great to have an in-house restaurant for dinner...

Extremely slow staff!

The views are stunning, the service is exceptional, and there is convenient on-site parking, as well as a great bar and a beautiful pool, all in a location close to Santiago.

beautiful hotel, full of incredible views. food at breakfast and at the bar surprised me pleasantly. Comfortable and spacious room. Clean, comfortable bathroom and big shower very good. incredible bed, comfortable. rich terrace, comfortable. good massages and swimming pool of the spa too. Whirlpool bath watching the sunset and seagulls and pelicans flying unique experience!

room was nice and comfortable but maybe I would change the decoration, it was out of tune with the rest of the hotel. Ugly lamps and armchairs inside the room. While the best part of the stay for us was undoubtedly the whirlpool tub watching the sunset, I think it needs to be kept deep. keys didn't work, they were old and run down and we had to call for help to get them working. the tub was dirty. cannot happen in a hotel of this category and price but we overlooked the incredible experience. Although it is also understood that the wear and tear must be from the sea breeze. I also believe that the hot tube on the terrace is not supervised so that the water is kept warm and guests can use it comfortably. We tried to do it once and water was cold but the next day we spent two hours removing bark from the available logs so that they would burn and thus heat the water, so it was exquisite warm, we enjoyed it very much but this should be part of the hotel's concern. Although the spa maintains a suffocating temperature, at times unbearable, it is balanced with the temperature of the pool water and being inside it is very pleasant but when taking services at the spa such as massage or others, it becomes almost impossible to keep up with such a level of heat. It is unbearable. TV could also have an HD signal. Nowadays it is common. rest is fine. I loved the hotel.

The hotel had a beautiful atmosphere with fine decorations and artwork throughout. The views from the rooms, reception area, and restaurant were lovely. I was impressed with how attentive all the employees were, and they quickly resolved any issues that arose. I would highly recommend this hotel for its really good ambiance and amazing views.

closeness to the sea, sound of the waves on the rocks, splendid the feeling of being almost on top of the sea. attention of the staff is really very good. Don Arturo who played the piano on Sunday morning, was really splendid, his sympathy and how beautiful he plays the piano, special congratulations to him.

That in the shower there is no place to put the soap and shampoo, is very basic and should be in a shower. That the blinds in the main dining room, were not up (there was no sun to bother). It is not understood that if the concept is AQUA, these blinds cut the view to enjoy watching the sea water. In the night we were in both bars, girl sang very well and very nice, gentleman who was in the bar of the fireplace, truth was strange, because he sang songs that apparently only he knew and nobody almost applauded or was excited, it was better to see music videos on TV, should have a better repertoire that makes people turn on, make them participate and that a good singer of pubs or bars, knows how to do well. We also didn't like that there was no liquid for foam in the tubs, since in the photo of the Hotel catalogue a tub with a lot of foam is shown in a prominent way, was disappointing.

An excellent location, assured sea view from all the Hotel's facilities and rooms. parking lot is small but despite this the staff of the Hotel (Valet Parking) is very concerned about moving the cars during the day so that they are well parked and safe. As the parking lot is open to the street. during the night I observed the Hotel staff making permanent rounds between the cars, is very appreciated, breakfast was 10 points. abundant and quality products, accompanied by a very good attention during the service, What I recommend the most. why we chose this hotel, is because of its wonderful SPA, it has programs for couples with different types of therapies; I recommend contacting the Hotel's SPA so that they can send you their catalogue of services. Be careful to book and schedule in advance.

I found everything excellent, from start to finish. I only made a small observation that the reception staff should take a little time to indicate the location of the facilities within the hotel.

The relaxation, the breakfast meal, the room service, the view of the room, the silence in general, ideal to rest and be quiet.

That with my 3 year old son we were warned after paying that he could not make use of the heated pool inside the hotel just we touched half cloudy days and we knew that is relaxing but there were very few staying and should not be so closed, few years ago I stayed with my family in hotel park lake in pucon and spa tbm was relaxed and children still entered the pool without problems, other thing in the bar they have staff with very good disposition and very nice especially on the weekend but Monday and Tuesday when I went to the bar I met a lady called claudia that the two times I saw her I do not fish I look with very bad face as it made a lot of difference with the people who was attending that it was seen that they were from another country, I just wanted to ask him a couple of questions and he just said he had to dial 6412. I asked him about the letter and he said yes, they have to dial 6412 in a bad way.

location is fantastic on the rocks wonderful view. terrace with hot tube is very comfortable and nice. restaurant and bar are very comfortable. Price and good portions on the pizzas and sandwich. Fantastic spa for adults. attentive Venezuelan staff. I have been there several times and will be back.

The heated spa pool is off limits to children under 15, which is fatal if you go with kids who want to go to the psych ward in the winter. . At the bar the disappointing pisco sour. Breakfast is acceptable. It is not up to the category and price of the hotel. The orange juice was not natural. Only on request they brought me hot water for the tea. They should have variety in cheese or ham. There was no smoked salmon or other common in a hotel of the category and price. I think you can improve details at the reception. for example have water available. The rooms are being modernized. The one I stay in needs a change of carpet.

We stayed at a hotel with stunning views of the ocean and nearby restaurants. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a wonderful view of the sea. the morning breakfast offered plenty of options with seating that overlooked the ocean. the rooftop restaurant had drinks and tapas with a small pool and hot tub that provided an incredible view of the ocean.

The hotel's restaurant was not up to our expectations and lacked variety in the menu.

I gave my credit card information for the reservation and was charged before my arrival at the hotel, worst thing I paid with a debit card and then realized that I had been charged twice I made the claim to the hotel, they respond that the reservation was canceled to the credit card but still not reflected in my account, I am in the uncertainty of whether I will get my money back since it has been more than 72 hours, it is very unfortunate because one trusts Bookin and hotels they sell and such disappointing things happen, pleasant stay then becomes a nightmare. Horrible!!... They should not charge the reservation until the person shows up and if they do not show up they charge the percentage for no notice or whatever they call it, it is very bad taste to make a charge in advance and on top of that they do not warn you and then they charge you at check out with another card without telling you that it has already been charged. I make this experience public so that hopefully they will change their charging policy which leaves much to be said for all the good they offer as an installation they throw it on the floor with their bad charging policy. I have been in several hotels outside and inside the country always make a reservation and then pay the difference but I have never been charged a reservation with the full amount and also charged the same amount with the card with which I decide to pay, is very unfortunate, I hope to respond honestly

Friendly staff, amazing ocean view, soothing sound of waves, great location, lovely rooftop terrace, pleasant restaurant.

The indoor pool had too many chemicals and the water was too warm. The entrance device to the outdoor pool was dangerously loose.

The location and view are spectacular, the rooms are modern and well designed. The rooftop pool and terasse are superb.

The reception staff are not efficient. You have to constantly double or triple check a request. They all say yes, but nothing seem to get done. I had incidents with car hire and taxis where they simply had not booked them. However, the other staff, bar staff, waiters,etc are lovely and friendly.
